You are applying for a GRIP Tuning sponsorship. If your application is accepted, GRIP Tuning will discuss with you the parts that we are willing to provide in connection with the sponsorship. If you accept delivery of any parts from us under this sponsorship, in exchange for receiving these parts at a reduced or zero cost you agree to:

Install the parts on your vehicle (including any necessary painting) at your expense.
Send photos of the completed vehicle within two weeks after installing the parts. All submitted photos, whether hard copy or electronic, become property of GRIP Tuning and are permitted to be used in GRIP promotional materials.
Attend all shows identified in the Show Schedule with the parts installed on your vehicle.
Distribute promotional material (stickers, brochures, literature, etc.) provided by GRIP Tuning at each car show event.
Prominently display the "GRIP" oval as well as www.griptuning.com decals on the vehicle.
Cooperate with GRIP Tuning representatives who attend certain shows to provide additional product information to any prospective customers.
Promote the GRIP Tuning products/brand at events and/or on web forums.

Note: If the above criteria are not met, you may be charged up to 75% of the retail value of all parts sponsored by GRIP Tuning.
