All claims for damaged goods or losses to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. GRIP will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Any damaged parts must be reported to GRIP immediately. Do not install damaged parts on vehicle, if parts are installed GRIP cannot be responsible and no return will be possible.
Drop Shipments
All Buyers must receive prior approval and authorization from GRIP for Drop Ship Orders. All drop ship orders must be emailed or faxed to GRIP prior to shipment.

Refused Orders
Any shipment "refused" for any reason will be charged a $25 handling charge and all applicable freight charges.
Restocking Fees
There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for all returned parts. Additional fees may apply if parts are not returned in like-new "sellable" condition.
Returns
If you need to return a part contact GRIP at 1-800-435-1197 to obtain an RMA number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless return is the result of a defective part. No returns after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

If using a public computer remember to close the browser completely, this will clear all session information. GRIP Tuning uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption when processing your order, which is the highest level of protection available.

GRIP has established a flat rate shipping charge for each item. This charge is applicable to the continental United States ONLY. Please call 1-800-435-1197 for a shipping quote if shipping outside the United States, or to HI or AK. Most GRIP orders are shipped UPS, larger items are shipped via FedEx Freight. Orders are processed M-F, 8AM-5PM Eastern Time. Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Shipping times vary. Special shipping arrangements can be made by ordering over the phone at 1-800-435-1197.
Special Orders
Special Orders are Non-Refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Taxes
GRIP will add the current sales tax rate for products shipped to these states: GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, OH, OK, TX, WV.
Warranties
